How Your Smartphone Reflects Your Mindset
It's time to look at your life through a different lens.

Show me your friends, and I'll show you your future.

Show me your phone, and I’ll show you your future.

Hear me out. Or to be more precise, read me out (failed dad joke).
Recent statistics show that people from North America or Asia spend an average of three and a half to five hours and forty-seven minutes on their phones per day. Since most of my subscribers are based either in North America or Asia, it's highly likely that you too fall into this group.
Since you spend so much time of your day on your phone—and we both know you do— don’t you think that the way you spend your time represents who you are as a person?
Now do me a favor and open up your phone and check the apps you have installed.
What do you think they say about you?
You have TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, Netflix, BeReal, and many more.
Do these apps represent parts of who you are as a person?
Do you think a couple of photos, stories, and 5-second videos represent the complexity of your personality?
You’re supposed to be great, you’re supposed to be something, and yet you decide to throw all of your potential, for a few digital likes, comments, and reactions.
Is this who you truly want to be?
A nobody? Someone who does exactly what other people are doing? Or do you want to be exceptional?
Your phone, the apps you’ve downloaded, and your usage, are an accurate representation of where you are in life.
Don’t allow all these apps to keep you locked inside a cell, when you could be free, in the real world, living life the way it’s supposed to be lived.
Do yourself a favor. Grab your phone, find all the unnecessary apps you have, and delete them. Easy as that.
Set yourself free, because at the end of the day…
“The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion.”
― Albert Camus
